End of the Year Reflection 17/18: SIT approved the End of the Reflection and signed the signature page. 

 

SIT 18/20 Plan: SIT approved the new purpose, direction, and belief statements created by the Lighthouse Team. Grade levels finalized math goals for SIT goal two. Evelyn Cordell is the teacher assistant representative. SIT reviewed and made necessary changes on each component of the 2018-2020 plan.


Title I
: New Title I groups will start on Monday, October 22. Grade levels will form new Title I groups. Please turn in new Title I groups to Mrs. Deweese by Wednesday, October 17.

Home School Compacts need to be reviewed with parents and signed during your first conference.

 

PTO- Mrs. Deweese explained the procedures for the basket raffle tickets. 1. To start, students will take home a parent letter, 20 raffle tickets, and an envelope. 2. Teachers will be given a large envelope to place student envelopes inside. 3. Teachers will turn in their large envelope every morning by 8:30. 4. PTO members will count raffle tickets and money. Then place more tickets inside student envelopes. Envelopes will be returned to teachers by 2:00.

The kick-off pep rally for students will be on Monday, October 8 at 8:15.

We also discussed our vision for community sponsors. If any staff member knows a business that would be interested in sponsoring Emma, please let Mrs. Shipman or Mrs. Deweese know.
